Bring 1 cup of Karo and 1 cup of white sugar to a boil. Then, add 1 cup of peanut butter to this mixture. Stir well. Pour the Karo, sugar, and PB over 6 cups of Rice Crispie cereal and stir carefully. When you have this mixed well, pour it onto a greased cookie sheet and press it down with your hands. Then, melt 6 oz. of chocolate chips and 6 oz. of butterscotch chips; spread this over the top of the Rice Crispie mixture. Set the cookie sheet where it can cool before cutting into bars.
